Maybe they are not of the same order because killing most other people would not boost Obama's ratings by a humongous amount..

Not at all totally: both were members of the order of murder victims; and the order of people accused of crime but presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt in a court of justice; and the order of people of whom a President of the US, having directed their assassination, proclaimed "Justice Was Done."
