Wow. thanks for the recommends. they look fantastic. Carrie Lane's book is exactly what I was writing about when I did the research on PMC unemployment.
Also, I have either ordered all of these books or placed them in my wish list. Thanks everyone. Between these suggestions and the stuff from EffBee, I will have plenty of reading to plough through for, possibly, years! ;p
