None, I think. You're right, the IMF board is controlled by the US. In the case of European bailouts, it looks like the Germans et. al. called in the IMF to do their dirty work for them. DSK wasn't going to be able to interfere with that arrangement even if he wanted to. (Whether he did is an open question.)
