Arizona can be funny that way. The interviewee's organization sounds like a border vigilante group, so I was startled when he talked about "American guns being taken down and killing Mexicans" (he does not approve), but later he says cartels are being armed by the feds.
It's like Ron Paulites showing up at Zucotti, except it's Arizona, so they're armed and decked out like mercenaries.
