I didn't see the original post -- bozo-filtered -- so I had to do the email equivalent of dumpster-diving to retrieve it. But what a gem. Written by a 'senior fellow' at the 'Campaign for America's Future' -- which is to say, a Democrat.

Loved all the therapeutic/managerial turns of phrase -- 'behavior norms', 'achieve our goals', 'meet the standard', 'space', 'mission', 'empowered', 'confront', 'intervention', and of course boundaries, boundaries -- the word kept ringing at intervals through the piece like a cracked bell.

Of course what it came down to, quite explicity, was calling the cops, who were were told would consequently 'respect us more'.

My favorite, though: 'It might make sense to create a large committee whose job it is to gather information [and] build cases against offenders'.

Can't make this shit up, as the man said.

(Okay, okay, it was really Calvin Coolidge.)
