But the "guidelines" said "no drinking," not no drunkenness. Teetotalers have a right to their abstemious lifestyle. They have no right to impose it on anyone else even in the name of what they call revolution. And all medications, including marijuana, are scarcely an aid to staying sharp (while hard drugs--amphetamines--are regarded by the military as excellent sharpening tools). Only Christian Scientists permitted?
