It's a good point though. Robin singles out anarchists as failing to understand that capital is the primary repressive agent in daily life, but anarchists are the ones who started occupying the seat (symbolically, at least) of private power and who have, considering their meager resources, made serious pushes at workplace organizing. Also, other people keep insisting that anarchists can't organize, but here they've been largely responsible for starting what many call the most vibrant movement in the U.S. in decades. Why the need to keep saying people don't understand and do things they are understanding and doing at that very moment? It's very odd.
