They most certainly did win. They demolished a dictatorship, and created the opening which enabled the *real* struggles to happen - the local ones, in every workplace, neighborhood and social institution. The recent protests were the result of those struggles: if they had been crushed, SCAF would have gone back to neoliberalism as usual.
