Hasn't nearly every mayor and police chief in Occupy cities said
basically the same thing, right before they (basically) followed the
same old path? On the first day of Occupy Austin, the police chief
made a point of saying he wouldn't handle the occupations the way New
York did, but within a couple of weeks he tried to clear the park.
