http://www.stateoftheusa.org/content/new-census-estimates-provide-snapshot.php -- These people analyzed 2009 ACS (Census) data and found that the 80th percentile (cutoff for top 20%) was $100,000 and 90th percentile was $138,000.
For the smaller fractions, I think the most recent data are Piketty/Saez, from 2008. Top 1%: $368,238. Top 0.1%: $1,695,136. Top 0.01%: $9,141,190.
