I remember whining about having to go on welfare. Grace said to me, "Honey, go on welfare. It's great. I got through college on welfare."
WEll, yeah, that's because Grace was on welfare before welfare reform. I was looking at going to a homeless shelter and workfare. Big fucking difference.
