The party chief, Klaus Ernst, is quoted in the article as saying "we are also the heirs of the communards" and he "acknowledged also Rosa Luxemburg and Carlo Guiliani." It seems this appeal to the memory of the Commune indicates a willingness by Die Linke to adopt, at least rhetorically, a more explicitly revolutionary stance in their politics... as far as practical implications beyond this I couldn't say. But even the rhetorical shift is a major departure from the norm in contemporary politics, no?
