Theorizing demands in this concrete situation should center around
demands with respect to Wall Street, like, For The People Owning Wall
Street; Public Ownership of the Too-Big-To-Fail Banks. Occupy
Detroit's sign collection has a lot of emphasis on opposing
corporations and corporate rule. This broadening to Corporate America
would derive from a broad definition of Wall Street as Wall Street =
Corporate America. This would be the materialist, historical
materialist , focus.
