This is not a planned retail occupation but a fascinating one none the
less -- whatever you may think of it tactically. Seattle's Occupy
grouping will shortly be marching up the hill and taking up residence
on the grounds of  a community college, where it is hoped it will be a
more amenable setting than the downtown concrete slab we call Westlake
Park.   (The latest word is that the college administration is not
thrilled about the prospect but has not intention of calling in the
police.)
