Well, I don't read Hebrew, but I understand the cartoon to mean that the current leaders of Israel are using their citizens for various kind of fodder: money fodder, labor fodder, additional citizen fodder, war fodder, wall fodder. And that it will not stop until these leaders are tossed.
So, I guess politically that's pretty limited, since it falls short of class analysis, and does not situate the zionist state in the wider frame of neo-liberal capitalism. But otherwise, it's a good, well etched, argument.
