I've actually been snapping up hard copies on the antiquarian market and giving them to friends and acquaintances. Friend of mine doing her doctoral thesis on financialization in Kassel, another friend in my Capital Vol. III reading group.
Capital Geeks who cut their teeth on the "monetary" reading of Marx that is dominant in Germany today are really grateful to have a hardcore empirical study of U.S. financial institutions that dovetails with that reading of Marx.
So I'm basically just agreeing with Joanna that there is a market for an updated version.
