So the defense is that it was an--involuntary--Mercy Killing? For assisting voluntary suicides, Dr. Kevorkian had his license abrogated and was (still is) imprisoned for a very long term. If the punishment would fit the crime, how many times the Kevorkian term do you think Obama should be serving?
