I think this is an extremely bad idea and I seriously doubt it will be 
followed in biosciences. However obnoxious a Latin name is, it is also a 
taxonomy name reference, or now database, that is in constant and continuous 
use.

So what about species names like Homo sapien sapiens?

I don't care what they order, it ain't going to happen.
