[lbo-talk] Canada immigration

Somebody asked me for an advice on immigrating to Canada and obtaining
work permit there.  I do not know much about it beside the (excellent)
information provided on the government website, which I forwarded to
this person.  My information on that aspect of the Candian labor
market is rather limited.  I would greatly appreciate if anyone "in
the know" could offer me some practical advice on this, so I can pass
