I've decided unfortunately, that 99% of LBO has turned into noise or static 
on a weak radio broadcast.

Every once in awhile suddenly the broadcast band becomes clear and lucid 
words are detected, then they go back to noise and cosmic ray interference.

Looking for coherence is like the old short wave freaks, dialing back and 
forth for a frequency lock..

But it is not unique to LBO. It is a generalized phenomenon. AJE, RT, France 
24, Truthdig, TomsDispatch, Counterpunch, Democracy Now, Juan Cole, and 
other channels are smeary, weak, heavy noise everywhere. In a related 
dimension, google seems bound and determined to make sure you find nothing 
of interest...
