Very interesting theory. Troubling implications, of course, if he's right ...
If he's right, and that's what they are and have been up to, if/when it doesn't work ... what do you think is the outcome? Do you think there's a Plan B? If not, they might never realize/admit that Plan A isn't working until it's much too late ...
