I've enjoyed pistol shooting, have wanted to try hunting, and admire the elegant simple machine aspect of the things, much like bicycles and sailboats and mid-20th century automobiles. Seems like when I start thinking about spending more time at a range, I start noticing the eagerness among some to be ready to kill people (God forbid), and a thousand other neglected pastimes beckon.
