It was unintentional. Juridical personhood doesn't matter for purposes of the real, historical issue. The debate is over reversing a corrupt and disastrous pre-trial ruling from over a century ago. Again, it isn't some kind of logical puzzle. If you still think I'm agreeing with you, I reserve the right to try even harder - but I am actually kinda busy. :-)
