here's Graeber discussing what he when he says that he thinks the anti-capitalist protests were successful and how wars might be a response to that success - or, rather, fear that they 8might become even bigger successes:

He provides an interesting overview of Immanuel Wallerstein's argument that all revolutions are world revolutions. He also glosses his approach to the political ontology of imagination - that what revolutions really do is change common sense.
