And hundreds of thousands of others in Afghanistan, Pakistan and other "battlefields" in Obama's wars on "terrorists." Not to mention Bradley Manning. Or the wives and children of whoever it was Obama killed under the label "Osama Bin Laden."

I for one had assumed bin Laden had died of kidney failure sometime in
the early 2000s, but it's completely possible that he had a dialysis
machine in that supervillian cave fortress some of the UK papers printed
images of. I really don't know one way or the other anymore, nor do I
expect to find any evidence confirming or disconfirming belief. Since
that's the stuff of superstition I have to put it in my "whatever"
file, right next to "who cares".
To get back to reality it's interesting that Barry O. got 'kicked
upstairs' just like T. Roosevelt, and interesting that both of them have
a fiercely imperialistic 'small wars' approach to foreign policy, though
that's hardly unique. It just seems that Obama is less grandstanding
when talking to his fellow Americans, speaking more in the NPR
somnambulist tone.
