so, i'm asking him questions about fissures, why, if design-wise he thinks that Apple was cool b/c the Jobs just took the reigns and made decisions autocratically, then why doesn't our CEO do it, etc.
he went into this discussion about consensus building among sr managment around business strategy.
seriously, i wanted to laugh maniacally because it fuckin-ayy sounded like i was sitting in the middle of an occupy facilitation training meeting.

bwahahahaha. (yeah, I DO know that no matter how much a boss says he wants candor, none of them really do. It's a trap Will Robinson, it's a trap! Especially if it's in Harvard Business Review! It took me a lotta years to learn that lesson!)
