Doug posted a cute picture of Ivan in a tshirt that read, "Goldman Sachs doesn't care if you raise chickens."

The tshirt is a sneer at people who think that, by changing their individual behavior, they can take down capitalism.

What, then, does Goldman Sachs care about? Is there anything from the critic's POV that we can do that would make Goldman Sachs shake in their boots?

I honestly can't think of a thing. Putting senators and congressman into office doesn't seem likely to make a dent. That's assuming that the reason why government is fucked is that you just need to right kind of people in there who would resist temptation, not concern themselves with reelection constantly, and then not set about holding industries/interests hostage until they cough up the cash.

Worldwide unionism where everyone just refuses to work - general strike? What do we do when they concede and agree to give us... wait.. what are we asking for? higher wages. worker control of industries? democratic control/worker ownership? state run industry?

??

anyone got an executive summary of how they'd go about advancing revolution if it were up to them?
