He's somewhat critical of market fundamentalism, but omits any mention
of the political infrastructures of its rule -- thieving plutocrats,
union-busting, debt-slavery and empire. I'm also surprised he makes no
mention of the developmental state -- seems like the US could learn a
lot from Russia, Brazil, China etc.
