^^^^^^^ CB: I agree with Joanna's analysis.

In Michigan, no Charters have unionized teachers. That's the main purpose: to bust teachers' unions. Whether the larger cut of public funding for each school taken by the Charter company is termed "profit" doesn't matter much.
