And I’ll be that fool and say a few things, motivated by Shag’s more serious effort.

The guy who didn’t read Robin’s book… that would be me (Shag, contra our dear moderator, has read wide swathes of the tome). I do wish to correct the suggestion, if implied, that I “hated it”. Not having read it, I have no strong opinion about it. I did have a strong opinion about the stuff he did say (on the radio) and the stuff he did write (and pretty much that alone). At which point you violated your game rule above and enjoined me to RTB. :-)

This time around, I have not read Sanchez’s article and I most likely will not. I am not really very interested in what he might have to say about Cato, the Kock brothers and his own personal logistical problems with them. Which probably once again disqualifies me from commenting! :-)
