[lbo-talk] Occupy's 89%? Where anarchism shuns unionists, it allies with the ultra-right

Recently anarchist collectives in the Occupy movement in Oakland and
the Pacific Northwest have put forward a new slogan, "We are the 89%."

CB: If somebody really said "We r the 89%" shame on them. Unity of the
99% is critical, as in workers of the world, unite.

Seems to me the unions shouldn't have broken the law by following the
port shutdown, but in the  future a port shutdown when the unions are
on strike would be the "bomb" (poor choice of words).  As one
commenter said, there has to be theater here. The unions cannot be
shown to be in cahoots with Occupy lest they be thumped under
Taft-Hartley ( or Landrum Griffin; repeal Taft-Hartley and Landrum
Griffin).So, conflicting rhetoric from Occupy and Unions makes the
charade cover.
