I think you're responding to what I said about the idiot on the basketball court, but even in the Zimmerman case I think the best we can say about this was incomplete/shoddy police work. The case was initially reported as having no witnesses. I'm okay with not arresting him yet; wait for the grand jury. The truth will come out. The few weeks of "freedom" he has won't make up for the years he'll have to think about it.
In the mean time, I'm a little shocked by your lack of interest in due process.
