Just got my registration and they include a chart. I couldn't read it because the print was too fine. Last time I checked legal levels were 2 beers for 150/body wt. or 4oz of wine, or 1.5oz of 80 proof within in one hour. But alcohol acummulates faster than metabolized so you can't drink the above amount after one hour because it takes 6-7 to get rid of the above. I figure 2 small glasses of wine for dinner and one shot of a good whiskey with ice cream for desert early evening and leaving around 11:00p with nothing but coffee or tea and that's about it.

During holidays like New Years, they set up DUI traps.

Your only option is a cab both ways. DC was the biggest town of drunks I ever visited.
