So why does India rank so high among countries with largest number of traffic fatalities? And if all this negotiation is going on why are 60 to 80 percent of the victims pedestrians, bicyclists, and people riding motorcycles/mopeds. Bangalore, so nicely represented by the video clip, is among the top ten in cities with most traffic fatalities in the country.
