Anything that offers a link between an agitator and a person behind a door! The _process_ of electioneering' can be very powerful; the results are toothless. I did considerable work in voter registration in '88; had there been a movement at that time, some of the people I talked to could have been incorporated into that movement. Circulating petitions is another powerful tactic -- again _if_ a movement exists.
