And let's say Egypt does re-invent October. Do we have any idea what that would do to the global elites?

I believe Israel reserves the right to use nuclear warheads in the event of any hostile regime change in the neighborhood. And if there's an October in Egypt, and if the Israelis make good on their threat, my guess is that the global elite will defend their actions.
