Yeah - I haven't been able to pay close attention to this. I've never heard of a "public safety exception" to the Miranda rights. Is there something good out their on the invention process Obama, etc. went through? Worth noting, in this case, that the prosecutor in charge of the case was the one pursuing Aaron Swartz.
