[lbo-talk] forefeiture laws

I have been aware of this for decades. If you posted on it and I did not
respond I must have simply missed it.  One piquant twist -except I cannot
remember the details. There was a court ruling some time back that limited
forfeiture laws in a way that ensures they can continue to hit the working
classes, middle classes and even "mere" millionaire, but will never hit
extremely large corporations. Does anyone remember which ruling I am
thinking of?
