That's what I'm saying. Weapons development comes first, in the sense that it is the desire for nuclear weapons, not the desire for electricity, that motivates nuclear power development. Nuclear power is merely a by-product of the development of the capability to produce nuclear weapons.

I see what you mean. The Iranians might just enjoy grabbing the Americans by their contradictions and twisting hard. ;-) I can see how that could even be a funny spectator sport, I enjoy it too.
