No, that was the criterion I was thinking of, more or less----though might it not be worth someone's effort to describe Zimmerman's "abject stupidity" in much greater detail if that would allow for better criteria for gun licensing than the blunt "no one convicted of a felony" type? I bet that there are many convicted felons whom you could trust to possess a gun much more than you should Zimmerman.
