A TedX talk by a sociologist who, like Miles Jackson is always arguing
here, talks about how changes in behavior happen first, then attitudes
change.

So, you don't try to change attidues, you have to set behavioral
expectations.

Of course, the problem with that is that you have to be in a position
to set expectations.

A way around that is to get at and appeal to underlying values
