It doesn't pay to overestimate toe intelligence of dictatorships. But of course the accuser in the instance (the US government) does have a history of making this kind of thing up out of thin air.

So its hard to justify even subjecting this allegation to a "smell test". First it needs to pass the laugh out loud test.

Everybody is in stitches over this claim. Don't take it seriously, please.
