In desperate need of *some* extenuation for his Bushit friend Obama, cb comes up with the fantasy that willful violation of the Fourth Amendment (the supreme law of the land) is not a "crime." His boy took an oath to uphold the constitution. His deliberate and willful violation of that oath is exemplary of the "high crimes" for which the penalty is impeachment and removal from office--not "exclusion" of the "evidence" which his boy every week uses to decide whom to murder!
