Well, the economy shrunk. So you could say that a certain segment of the economy is "fixed" where it was broken 5 years ago. But there's still the question of what to do with those people who are outside that economy. It seems like a perfect time to make the point that either wages can go up and more jobs get produced; or government benefits have to go up.
*Someone* has to make sure that we don't have a two-class economy.
Right now I beleive that the capitalist class is having their cake and eating it too.
I wonder how that has ended in the past ...?
