[lbo-talk] Where is the left argument for gun rights?

Is it important to deny the state a monopoly on the use of force, why or
why not. If it is important, how important is it. Would leftist ideals gain
more traction with the masses if the gun control issue wasn't an issue. How
did it get to be an issue in the first place. Why are so many leftists
anti-gun or pro-gun control when even Marx was either pro-gun or
anti-anti-gun (anti-anti-cannon too).
