[WS:] Populist movement it is, but its staying power is the decline of the
lower middle class.  Fear of being de-classed to the ranks of the
proletariat has been a powerful motivator for lower middle classes to join
the Nazi movement, and it is a powerful motivator in the US to join the
teabaggers.
