Curious, not a single video of the recent use of CBRN weapons in the Damascene suburbs shows any indication of the presence of the military opposition to the Bashar govt; not one uniformed, weapon toting soldier. Though the irregular govt. forces do attack civilian targets, it's rare to see the regular army targeting civilians, except in actively contested neighborhoods.
