And "sectarian" by itself, without some extensive development, is highly offensive. It tends to crush discussion while appearing to encourage it. In the present case, it has shifted the topic from Syria and politics to the personal manners of JC and Cbc. Do you have something to say about Syria without this vulgar introduction of personality.
I would guess that you and I agree on Syria -- but that remains uncertain as long as y9u do not commit yourself to an actual statement, not wrapped in the fluff and offensiveness of a question.
