Where's the confusion? A rich guy's rape defense is that he accidentally penerated a woman while accidentally falling on her. And he walks.

My response was What the Fuck? (WTF)

Because, you know....as Jonathan Schwartz remarked, think I could get a poor black man off with that defense?
