1/ Go to your profile page. 2. Click "View Activity Log" - button near top right corner of profile and in the bottom right corner of the cover photo 3. Top right corner of the Activity Log there's a search box. The the left, there's a panel with a bunch of filters.
You can also search groups in a similar way, where there's a search box in the bottom right corner of the group's cover photo.
